BEGINNERS

The inexperienced student will be able to try an introductory course and then follow 2 semi-private lessons (1h duration) with the main instructor.

Then he will officially join the team of Element Jiu-Jitsu.

If you have more than 3 months of BJJ experience, contact us to schedule a meeting and discuss your goals with our instructors.

ADVANCED

Having gained a few months of experience, the student will now have access to a range of techniques that will allow him to control his opponent and thus be able to apply the techniques of submission.

The student will be able to discover his own style as much in Gi as in Nogi.

He will practice the most effective guards styles as well as all types of attacks.

OLYMPIC WRESTLING & JUDO

Our annual members have access to 2 wrestling classes per month with a recognized instructor in Greater Montreal for his achievements. Nariman has competed and taught for several years and is training internationally to learn alongside the best Olympic wrestlers. Our members also have access to 1 class per week of Judo. The high level Judokas team can teach you the basics of this Gi projection art. The instructors of these 2 fighting styles teach you the basics of each style to be able to bring your opponent to the ground and then apply the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
